The platform includes the website located at (“WhatsOnPic Site”), WhatsOnPic mobile app (available in Apple Store) (“WhatsOnPic App”) and all other related applications and services (collectively “WhatsOnPic”).

The present Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms and Conditions for WhatsOnPic.

WhatsOnPic respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. The aim of this Privacy Policy is to give you information on how WhatsOnPic collects and processes your personal data.

Age Limits

WhatsOnPic is not intended for people under 18 years of age. We do not deliberately collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not provide any information on WhatsOnPic.

Foreign Users

Users from all around the world can use the WhatsOnPic App. However, WhatsOnPic is operated by us and is subject to the legislation of the Russian Federation. All information is processed, used and stored by WhatsOnPic within the Russian Federation. If you submit your personal information to us from another country, you agree to transfer it to the Russian Federation. Please check whether the legislation of your country allows to provide your personal information to foreign databases. We assume no liability to you or to any other person for your acts of non-compliance with your domestic legislation.

Personal Data (or Data) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier of that natural person.

Usage Data means information collected automatically through WhatsOnPic (or third-party services employed in WhatsOnPic), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use WhatsOnPic, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within WhatsOnPic) and the details about the path followed within WhatsOnPic with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.

User means an individual using WhatsOnPic who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject means a natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

Data Processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Data Controller means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data, including the security measures concerning the operation and use of WhatsOnPic. Consent of the Data Subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the Data Subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of Personal Data relating to him or her.

Cookies mean small piece of data stored in the User's device.

Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by WhatsOnPic is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for WhatsOnPic to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.

Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.

Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.

Users are solely responsible for any third party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through WhatsOnPic and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: WhatsOnPic does not collect any credit card information. When you are redirected to the website of a shop, you provide all information to the owner of the shop website and not to WhatsOnPic. The only financial information WhatsOnPic collects about its Users is the PayPal account. We need it to pay affiliate rewards to our Users.

How the Data is collected

We use different methods to collect the Data from and about you including through:

• Direct interactions. You may give us your Personal Data as described in this policy by registering, filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise.

It is important that the Personal Data you provided us is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

1) to provide WhatsOnPic Services, namely: Registration and authentication, Analytics, Social features, Commercial affiliation, Hosting and backend infrastructure, Infrastructure monitoring, Interaction with external social networks and platforms and Interaction with support and feedback platforms;

2) to contact you with information, notices, special offers and other information we believe will be of interest to you. Please take into account that when you create WhatsOnPic account, your email address will automatically be added to our emailing lists.

3) to improve the content, functionality and usability of WhatsOnPic, to better understand your needs and interests;

4) for security or fraud prevention purposes; and

5) for any other purpose identified in an applicable agreement between you and us upon your prior Consent.

Mode and place of processing the Data

Methods of Processing

The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.

Processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of WhatsOnPic (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Owner at any time.

Legal basis of processing

The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:

Note: Under some legislations the Owner may be allowed to process Personal Data until the User objects to such processing (“opt-out”), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases. The Data is processed at the Owner's operating office in the US and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.


• Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.

• Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

This type of services allows WhatsOnPic to display advertisements for third party products or services and links to the online shops where the products tagged on the pictures can be purchased.

These websites and services have their own privacy policy. We do not bear any responsibility for third party websites and/ or services, links to which are represented on WhatsOnPic.

Ads can be displayed either as advertising links or as banners using various kinds of graphics.

Clicks on the icon or banner posted on WhatsOnPic are tracked by the third party services listed below, and are shared with WhatsOnPic.

This type of services has the purpose of hosting data and files that enable WhatsOnPic to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of WhatsOnPic. Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

Amazon Web Services is a hosting and backend service provided by Inc.

This type of services allows WhatsOnPic to monitor the use and behavior of its components so its performance, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting can be improved.

New Relic (New Relic)

New Relic is a monitoring service provided by New Relic Inc.

The way New Relic is integrated means that it filters all traffic of this Application, i.e., communication between the Application and the User's browser or device, while also allowing analytical data on this Application to be collected.

Interaction with external social networks and platforms

This type of services allow interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of WhatsOnPic.

The interaction and information obtained through WhatsOnPic are always subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network.

The rights of Users

WhatsOnPic Do Not Track notice
